Well, I wouldn't worry about good fermented soy sauce. The amounts you are
talking about is small. And the fermentation process changes the products
completely around. I could eat some yoghurt or cheese but never milk, same
issue. Personally I use high quality, long fermented no-wheat soy sauce
occasionally with no guilt.
