Hi Everyone;
Thanks for all the ideas concerning spring radio shopping.  Someone
suggested that there may be some new offerings at Dayton in May.  I may try
being patient.
As for the icom 706,  I will be curious to see how people manage with it.
In theory it should be a nice little package.  I have always avoided it
because of the menus and the lack of menu info from the synthesizer.  One
totally blind ham, however, has told me that it is no problem to operate.
Keep us curious people informed and let us know how it works out.
