This is to remind you that we have a week more to go for your nominations.

Please, send in your nominations for the election of officers for the
African Association of Madison Inc. which will be held on the 4th of
December, 1999 (Next General Meeting).

Send your nominations for the following positions.

VICE PRESIDENT
SECRETARY
FINANCIAL SECRETARY
TREASURER.

Please, make your nominations by providing the following information;

Name of nominee and office being nominated for;

Names of the proposer and a seconder to the nomination.

Phone numbers and addresses of the nominee, proposer and seconder.

Please, note that the nominee, proposer and seconder should all be paid up
members of the African Association of Madison.

The nomination period is from the 1st of November to the 14th of
November,1999.
