The election of officers for the African Association of Madison Inc. will
be held on the 4th of December, 1999 (Next General Meeting).

Nominations are being sought for the following positions.

VICE PRESIDENT
SECRETARY
FINANCIAL SECRETARY
TREASURER.

Please, make your nominations by providing the following information;

Name of nominee and office being nominated for;

Names of the nominator and a seconder to the nomination.

Phone numbers and addresses of the nominee, nominator and seconder.

The nomination period is from the 1st of November to the 14th of
November,1999.
