I'm going to be visiting a friend over Labor Day weekend and wanted to take a treat along.  I'm the one on the gluten free diet, but one of her children is allergic to dairy, eggs, peanuts, and soy.  Does anyone have any recipe suggestions for cookies or cake or some type of dessert that we could enjoy together?
