You may wish to check out Keystone ScreenSpeaker at www.innosolu.com
It has been developed by The Literacy Center in Connecticutt
www.the-literacy-center.com
It allows any text on the screen spoken into Dragon to be read back. This
feature is very helpful in allowing individuals who have difficulty knowing
if Dragon understood their speech if reading from the screen is difficult.
They also have a spelling support as well.
