MexAmerica was really great responding to additional questions.

Our "stone ground corn tortillas" in our retail package are the same
tortillas that we sell in our food service package to our food service
customers. Thus, all of our food service corn tortillas(and tortilla chips)
are free of wheat gluten too.

He also confirmed that their Taco Seasoning (from thier Food Service
Product list) is Gluten-Free.

Sounds like a good supplier for your favorite Mexican or Southwestern
restaurant. (I have no relationship -financial or other- with MexAmerica
