Hi, Listees!

We're very excited: we've just signed on for a week in July at an
all-inclusive resort, the Iberostar Paraiso del Mar on the Mayan Riviera in
Mexico. I spoke to their public relations/guest services department, whose
recommendation was to arrive with a list in hand of all the dietary
restrictions/forbidden items (which will be reviewed in detail with the chefs
at all their restaurants). Some of the staff speaks English; much of the
kitchen staff does not. I think I'd feel safer if I had a translated list.
Any suggestions for where I might find such a thing?

Muchas gracias!
Marcy in MD
