Hi All-

Do any of you know if the "pure vanilla" in Cozy Shack rice pudding is
safe? It states on the carton that it is gluten-free, but our dietician
told us to avoid pure vanilla (alcohol content?)-- she said artificial &
vanilla flavoring were ok- if the carmel color is not questionable. I've
emailed the company, but have not heard back.
