I need help with two things, as soon as possible:

1. A natural/health food groceryor large grocery with health food section -
in the area of Norwich, CT and immediately north of there near Jewett City.
My daughter is attending the New England Music Fest. Mar. 13-15,  and her
music supervisor or host family may need to know where they can find gf
essentials.

2.  A restaurant in the Niantic - Waterford region which has gf choices,
fresh food, and/or is accommodating for celiacs.  Also is there a good deli
in Waterford where take-out salads are available?
