Those of you in the Charlotte, NC are so lucky.  My daughter lives in Fort
Mill, SC (just across the border) and she introduced me to one of the
nicest GF
stores I have ever been in.  It is on Rte 160 and is called "Natural Choice".
The phone # is:  803-547-1142.  The owner is very aware and has made gluten
free products her niche product.  She said she was in organic foods, but now
too many supermarkets have entered that market.  You are very fortunate if you
live in that area; I live in the Detroit area and we really don't have
anything
comparable.  I have no financial interest; just wanted to share my wonderful
