Hi Everyone,

I was recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease about 3 weeks ago. Right now I
am so overwhelmed with all the information of what I can and can not have to
eat. I know that I must start in baby steps however I was wondering if
anyone could offer me some direction and suggestions. I feel a lot better
since having started the gluten free diet but I am not sure if I am
following the diet to the tea or if I am still absorbing products that
contain gluten (I have had no symptoms since starting the diet). Right now
any advice, suggestions or comments will help a great deal.

Thanks,
Maureen
Austin, Texas
