Hello members!
I will be presenting in Norman This month and all are welcome.  This will
be a four hour informative seminar with practical techniques for shopping
and preparing foods as well as an overview of the science behind the diet,
discussion of outcomes, and more.  Perhaps a carpool from the Tulsa area
can be arranged if needed.

THE AUTISM SOCIETY OF CENTRAL OKLAHOMA WILL BE MEETING AT THE NORMAN PUBLIC 
LIBRARY, LOCATED AT 225 N. WEBSTER, AT THE CORNER OF GRAY & WEBSTER.

WE WILL MEET IN MEETING ROOMS A & B, FROM 7 TO 9 P.M.

SATURDAY, MAY 17TH, FROM 1 TO 5 PM, "GLUTEN-FREE/CASEIN-FREE DIETS",

DIRECTIONS:  THE NORMAN LIBRARY IS AT THE CORNER OF WEBSTER & GRAY, JUST WEST 
OF THE NORMAN POST OFFICE. (GRAY STREET IS ONE BLOCK NORTH OF MAIN STREET).  
FROM I-35, Take the MAIN ST exit, exit number 109.   Take the MAIN ST ramp 
toward DOWNTOWN.    Merge onto W MAIN ST.  Then go 2.26 miles to Webster.  
Turn left on Webster, and then go straight through the intersection of 
Webster and Gray.  The library will be on the right.
