Dear Listmates:
I just received this good news from the company on Cook's hams.

Yes, Ms. Davitt, our hams are still gluten free. We have not changed
anything as we feel it is important to maintain a product that is usable
for all our valued customers. Any of the hams produced by Cook's are gluten
free -- including the spiral sliced product.
