I found a great new product for kids over the age of 5, teens and adults!  It's called Vitaball and it's gum balls that have vitamins and all you have to do is chew it for 5 to 10 minutes to get the full benefit.  The best part is that it states right on the box that it is free of several allergens including gluten!  I have no interest in the company other than it finally got my 13 year old to "take her vitamins!".
