1/2 the people I talk to say that since I've been GF and on a very basic
elimination diet for 3 weeks and I am *still* hearing ghastly stomach noises
(that have been going on for a couple years), that this means I am not fully
GF and wont heal and feel better in the long run. The other half says that
the stomach noises can go on for several months after going GF (and in some
cases even get worse for a while).

Then there are those that said that I'm reacting to something that I am
still eating on my very basic elimination diet, hence the noises not going
away. Well I guess I could eliminate more stuff but I think I'd be eating
sweet potatoes and lamb every day until the noises went away, and I cannot
eat lamb anymore as it seems to give me naseau (I think I just dislike the
taste immensely - an elimination diet wont work if you are disgusted by the
foods you are eating.)

So I'm a little stuck. Not sure if I should just add stuff back in that I've
been avoiding for a few weeks just to see how I react or not (staying off
the gluten of course). I cant really strip my diet down any more. Maybe I'll
just keep doing GF and see if my tummy noises get better over time.

Thanks for your insight!

Patrick
