Today I visited the Whole Foods Market on Third and Fairfax, across from the
Los Angeles Farmers Market. I was overwhelmed by the assortment of GF food.
They actually had frozen, uncooked pie shells and frozen pies with GF on the
packaging. They also had several frozen entrees where the ingredients looked
fine to me.

I didn't have a lot of time to do a completely thorough check, but I saw
every conceivable type of flour as well as mixes from Bob's Red Mill, Sylvan
Border Farms, Gluten Free Pantry, Authentic Foods, Ener G Foods, etc. I even
found a loaf of Ener G white Bread. I was quite excited and wanted to pass
the information on to anyone who might be conveniently located to this store.
I have shopped several Whole Foods before and none has as complete a
selection as this one. I intend to contact the manager and express the
thanks from the local Celiac population.

I have no financial interest in Whole Foods. Renee C.
