Hi there,
I just made my first loaf of bread on the Breadman T2200C (it was the
'other' machine mentioned in a summary on this list.)

It was scrumdelicious! Finally I baked up something that my daughter was
crazy about.

Was a piece O'cake (or should I say bread!) ;) Of course I used a mix
GFP French Country Bread and Pizza mix. Yummm!

I don't know how to use the programming on it or anything. The mix said
to set it at 'White' & 'Medium'. I used milk in it instead of water for
a softer crust and butter instead of oil.

I am seeing about programing and all being mentioned. So I'm guessing
that when I start making the breads that aren't in a mix for the machine
- I will need to figure out how to progam the machine to do everything
properly for the doughs?

Or am I making this harder than it needs to be?

Thanks!
Robin
