Im not so sure with this though, but one experience I had was, I can't
access the shared folder on a win2k machine, if the username and password
in logging on the win98 machine does not exist with the list of users in
the win2k PC.  Try to create a user in Computer Management and use that
user in the win2k machine if it would work.
