my sister let her oldest daughter have a cat once, and every night at
midnight the cat would finally come home and be hungry, it would only eat if
my sister would sit there with it... until one night, my sister tripped on it
and fell down the stairs... the cat was tossed out of the house and went to
live with a  neighbor, my sister was in a cast for a few months... a year
later or something, it came walking back into the house, and my sister said,
well kitty, OK, i guess you're forgiven... ;-)
