Hi there:
You'll want to look into the utility called Winpatrol found at:
http://www.winpatrol.com/
It monitors what gets loaded up when you start your computer and gives you
a chance to delete any entries you figure shouldn't be there.
Win patrol is neat too because it will detect anything added while you are
using your computer to your start up menu and will warn you about it.
It barks at you, quite cute actually.
This should help you figure out what is happening to your ocmptuer.
