Evening everybody:
I have an ongoing scanner problem whereby each page I scan is taking
approximately four minutes to scan. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the
scanning software on several occasions but this does not appear to make any
difference.
I am using the Hewlett Packard 6200C scanner, running on windows 98 s.e
platform and using Open Book 4 as my screen reader.
Can anyone suggest anything I might try to determine whether the scanner is
worth using or not. It is close to five years old, has a document feeder
(which incidentally has always proved problematic).
Any thoughts would be most helpful.
Regards:
DOREEN YALE.
