Received the following information from a friend in the U.K and thought list
members might be interested.

Just in case you have not seen the free WebbIE surfing tool for visually
impaired people, here is a link to its page.  It reduces web pages to plain
text, or skips over links etc.  It works in conjuction with the
Internet Explorer already installed in a computer and you can toggle between
the normal IE screen and the WebbIE at any time.  The WebbIE screen is very
easy to navigate.  To install it you go to the link below.  this takes you
to a download page.  Here is the link:
