I just received a document I need to read prior to Friday morning.  It is a
.pdf document, and I am running Adobe Acrobat 5.1 with JFW 4.5.  When I
opened the document, I received the following message.

This document appears to be empty. It may be a scanned image that needs OCR
or it may have malformed structure.

Can anyone think of a way to get this document into readable format?  Thanks
for any suggestions.
