Dear all,

I am a volunteer at a trust for Visually Impaired, SAMARTHANAM, based in
Bangalore, INDIA.
We have nearly 50 students and 5 PCs, three of them installed with JAWS.

We have plans to start computer education for students.
We are facing some problems at the initial stages regarding syllabi, course
material.

I need information regarding.

1. Basic courses, introductory level classes in Computer Educaiton for
Visually Impaired.
2. Any online material on these courses.
3. Most important, we want to make them very useful. I mean
   a) Which can build confidence in them.
   b) Which can help them to know what's going on around them ( Internet
etc.)
   c) Which can be job oriented too, but its a long way to go.
Basically idea is to initiate this process at a basic level and extend
it, keeping in mind
      long term goals.

Your suggestions on this are of value addition to us.
Any suggestion are welcome.

Sincerely yours
Vishwa
