Gary, the diagram you have is correct. 'Tho you only need 10 lines. don't worry
about the GND lines. I've made at least 5 of these connectors without any
problems.
The hardest part was locating the 10-conductor cable, but where I used to work
they used a small 12 conductor cable for their garage doors.
