Welcome Mike.  You need a few books for starters.  I put the grains at the
top of the list for you because it stands out in your post to the list.....
Write down the basics and put them where you can see them, say the
fridge....   You can eat meat for breakfast or nuts and fruit.  Whatever
your body feels like eating, just so it isn't on the basics list...... I
didn't include the nightshades on the list but I personally can't eat most
of them. Good luck!.  Others on the list will have more on this.....   Oliva

PALEO BASICS:

NEVER EAT:
Grains:  corn, wheat, barley, rye, rice, oats, and all products made from
them.
Beans:  all varieties of hard beans, lima, green, wax, peas, peanuts,
chocolate, soy, and all products made from them.
Potatoes:  all varieties of potatoes, beets, taro, cassave, turnips and
products made from them.
Dairy:  milk, cheese, yogurt, whey, butter, and all products made from them.
Sugar:  fructose, sucrose, maltose, dextrose, lactose, corn sweeteners,
molasses and all products made from them.

 I suffer from now are just more noticeable.  I do know that when
I cut out rice and wheat, after a few days I feel better.  Millet and
oats don't seem to give me as much problems.
