I am taking a vitamin made by Schiff that lists each nutrient's source on
the label along with potency and % RDA.  I have not confirmed gluten-free
or lactose-free status of this product, although the label states "No
sugar, starch, salt, corn, wheat, yeast or milk... "  I have no connection
to the company.
