I've got to agree with Kat here, the guy is very professional, if he had done
nothing the St Johns List Serv would not have been able to have delivered any
email to anyone (the 12000 is,after all, a very small percentage of the
total).
The university is very ambivalent in its support for the List Server (fear of
litigation is their main concern I think). I would not want to move to Yahoo
Groups, for a variety of reasons.
