see you tommorrow guys, i can't do this for long before i have sore hands. i
had shots today in both hands.
  oh, i will be ready for a second round of botox injections in my neck in
first part of april. part of the plan to keep more disk from being damaged.
the first round helped greatly but, i can feel the muscles getting tight
again as i draw closer to three months of it being there. i think i'll see
if we can get some put in the left arm too. i do not know how much total
they can use.
