yesterday morning about 1:30 am we were awaken by what i thought was loud
thunder. upon taking the dog out and seeing the stars twinkling, i heard
another boom. we turn on our tv to see if there was anything going on. judy
thought "terrorist". but no news was out there. later at about 8:00 i found
the phones were dead. there was a tanker truck ran into a dumptruck and
exploded less than a mile from us. took out the telephone cables. got my
personal line and the governments line too. also melted the vinal siding off
a few houses. we are finally back up and online again.
