I know that I'm 25 and really haven't lived that long to know everything
about having Cerebral Palsy, and I won't know everything about the
disability most likely. However I believe the same thing as you do,
because in October I started lifting weights and I'm feeling a lot
better now. I really believe it's like anyone else, if they don't work
out or at least go to the mall to walk a few times a week, they would
lose what they have. And the best part about it, is the cost is usually
reasonable, you don't have to invest hundreds of dollars like some want
you to believe.

Thanks,
Anthony

I believe this only when you sit too much and so does
my PT.
