Hi, Lynn,
I am a mobility instructor, and although I don't know any blind
mobility instructors personally, I do know that there are many across
the country. Some are certified through the Academy for Certification
of Vision Rehabilitation and Education Professionals, as I am, and
others are certified through National Orientation and Mobility
Certification. As you might imagine, there is much controversy about
these certifications, and I have lots more information about them, if
you are interested.
