You might try obtaining a copy of EZ-SCSI 4.0 from Adaptec. This set of SCSI
utilities is supposed to support all of Adaptec's products.

Hi All,
  I'm working on a pc for a fellow and it has an Adaptec AVA-1502E
scsi card in it to interface an external zip drive. I need to reload
win95 on this pc but I'm hesitant to wax it till I've gotten the
correct drivers for this card. I've looked on Adaptecs pages and find
no reference to this model. Based on what my customer told me he
purchased the drive and the card at Computer City and they installed
them both.
  Could this card be the card marketed as a Zip Zoom scsi adapter or
the Jaz Jet scsi adapter?
  Either way, any info will be appreciated.
