The only difference between the "Full" version and "Upgrade" versions of
Windows 95 is that the Upgrade version checks to see if you have a previous
version of Windows (there's also about a $40 difference!).
It is not necessary to install DOS and Windows 3.x prior to installing the
Upgrade version of Windows 95.
Assuming your hard drive is partitioned and formatted...
1. boot to a boot disk
2. install CD ROM driver
3. Insert Windows 95 Upgrade CD ROM
4. Run Setup
5. When prompted that this is an upgrade product and you must own a
qualifying product, insert floppy disk one of Windows 3.x.
6. Install proceeds normally.
