Does anyone have any suggestions for breakfast other than meat? I am not
really fond of eggs but have been eating poached eggs for breakfast and am
getting tired of them. Previously while still in Atkins mode, I was
drinking the Atkins protein shakes, but they have dairy and alternative
sweetner in them so I was trying to come up with an alternative. Since I
eat meat for lunch and dinner, I didn't want to eat it for breakfast. I
didn't know if anyone had any kind of shake recipe they had used? Is
coconut milk considered paleo and can something be made with that mixed with
fruit. I have some concern about eating too much fruit as I still need to
lose weight?
