Hi,
My husband and 19 months old son are allergic to gluten, dairy, legumes, and
some nuts. Our diet mainly consists of organic meats, vegetables, rice, and
quinoa. I am still nursing which has been a huge benefit when my son
suffers from a contaminate. Also I am 3 weeks pregnant. I am mostly
concerned with maintaining adequate nutrition for all my family members
while meeting the needs of the growing young one inside me. Is there
anybody out there in a similar situation? Do any of you have suggestions
for how to make quick snacks or vary our very restricted diet? Also, how do
you fair with crayons and play-doh and all those fun things for kids that
seem so dangerous to mine? Thank you for your help. Katie
