In the movie, 'Death to Smoochie', there is a reference to gluten-free:

As he leaves a fast food place, he says to another guy, 'I'm gonna get you
on the gluten-free buns. We're going to change the world, brother!'
It is always fun to find 'gluten' in a script.

A recent Malcolm in the Middle episode featured a 'mother's boy' with
gluten intolerance.
