Hi, everyone,

 

Do any of you follow the Atkins diet? What have been your experiences with
Atkins plus GF eating? I looked on the Atkins Web site and most of their low
carb products still had gluten in them. And the Atkins Bake Mix said it was
GF in the description, but the ingredients listed oat fiber. 

 

My husband is going to try the diet, and I'm thinking about it (I'm the one
with CD, though I'm overweight). I'd appreciate hearing about your
experiences.
