With the arrival of May comes a highly requested "Restaurant Updates" section for the website @ www.goodhealthpublishing.com. Go there to check out The Gluten/Wheat Free Guide to Eating Out. It has 50 national and regional restaurants and the menu items that they have provided as gluten/wheat free. The guide is now being continuously updated on the internet as we receive new information for the participating restaurants. Why contact these chains yourself and hassle with the people on the phone or over the internet when we've done all the work for you ?
The site has sample pages, a list of restaurants and a printable information flyer/order form. Or you can order via secure server right over the internet. The guide is portable with a rugged cover that will last and is small enough to fit in your pocket, purse or glove compartment. Great for traveling, eating at new places or just to expand your range of places to eat.
Always remember to practice good eating habits for Celiacs in public facilities by requesting that your food be prepared apart from gluten foods and ingredients, croutons not touch salads, etc. Always field verify the foods listed by these restaurants for your own safety and enjoyment. The Gluten/What Free Guide to Eating Out is eating out made easy!
