Awhile back someone was looking for marshmallows free of gluten, eggs, corn
etc.  This is a recipe from the Martha Stewart's  web page

She used it to make bunnys and chicks for Easter last year. They only
contain gelatin, water and sugar.  I image you could substitute honey for
the sugar.
