for those of us on the east coast who are stockpiling gf food in case of
emergency, don't forget about your gf kids at school.  They could get stuck
there for hours or more, and the schools will certainly not have food they
can eat.  In my own kids' lockers I have placed rice crackers, peanut
butter, trail mix (gf, of course), juice boxes, gf protein bars, single
serve cans of dinty moore beef stew.  I told the younger ones this was in
case of a big snowstorm, if they got stuck at school.  The older one knows
what it's really for.  I believe I will just be carrying this stuff home
again in June, but better safe than sorry.  Lynn
