I think i understand what is going on. I have been substituting
unsat. fats for carbohydrates a lot while i've been doing this whole
elimination diet/food challenges thing. I bet my fat absorption is not
good and i am seeing the effects of that. i was eating a lowfat diet
before.
It's not that "everything goes through" but i bet a lot of the fats could
go through and i wouldn't notice it.
i don't think i am diabetic as somebody suggested.
