Hi All,

I've had ground beef several times in the last two months, trying a
different brand each time, as each time I have what for me is a gluten
reaction -- but I'm not seeing anything on the label that says or implies
Gluten.  Am I missing something?

I've tried the locally packaged stuff at the grocery store, and the
prepackaged out of state and frozen stuff, and the prepackaged and
refrigerated stuff.  The reactions have been slightly different each time,
and never a HUGE reaction --  but every time I had the type of reaction that
I get from hidden Gluten, so I figured it was time to ask for help.  :)  (My
brother has had it with me each time, and has had reactions as well.)

I suppose I could be reacting to something else, but can't imagine what.
