I am trying to make a substitute for Bisquick Baking Mix and it calls for non-dairy creamer. Are they all gluten-free? I got the store brand, Hannaford's, that looked like the coffee mate brand ingredient wise, but I can't be sure it's OK. These chemical lists are very hard for me to interpret right now. I called the company and they'll get back to me. But by that time I'll be back at work and won't have the time to try it.

Barbara
