You know, it's scary too for the folks who have the disease.  Not just in
the early stages when you're worried about what's to come, but even later on
when mental function is about gone.  My granny knew that something was wrong
with her, and even though she couldn't articulate at all, you could see the
terror in her eyes--and the frustration.

yes, micheal a disease that takes ones memories from
them is terrible, more so than the physical.
