Thank you Anthony for a most touching memory.
I, too, rode a horse as a young man. It's a requirement growing up in
Texas!!! LOL It's
funny I drove over to the dude ranch town where I did this about a month ago.
The place was still there. When I was younger and in better shape, I would
ride with my kids in Palo Duro Canyon. It is a mini-Grand Canyon just south
of Amarillo. Now, with my weight, the Humane Society would be after me,  not
to mention PETA.
