What does one do with on clicks and how does one do whatever one does with
them?  I visited a website
www.voicesignal.com and was interested in several subjects which were all
preceded by on click but I could not figure out how to actually get to the
subject in question.

I have windows xp home, window eyes 5.5 beta 2.
