hello,

i agree with using two or more packages to catch viruses.   there is an
excellent, and free to individual users, package called f-prot which can
be found at:

http://www.complex.is

it has both the usual serch for virus known code and a heuristic engine.
it is dos and can be driven with switches from the command line.
