We have a client who is using Windows XP Home, WindowEyes 4.5, and the latest version of Outlook Express. He has his display set to black letters and black background.
When he types up a message, the letters are in white. However, when he sends the message, the receiver gets the message in an entirely black message box.
Any ideas as to what is causing this problem and as to how it can be fixed? Thanks.
